A Primary Care Network is a group of GP practices working together to meets the needs of the local population. Fireclay Health is part of FOSS PCN. Our PCN partner practice is The Old School Surgery in Fishponds.

What does this mean for Fireclay Health? It means we can share best practice,  enabling us to deliver a greater provision of personalised care and services.

What does this mean for you? As a patient you may have an appointment with one of our PCN team members, this will still happen at our Lodgeside or St George surgery. Our PCN staff work in our Pharmacy team, as Care Co-ordinators or Physios.
